Please join us by welcoming Joe Brown as the 2013 Wisconsin CCA of the Year. Joe works for Pioneer Hi-Bred and has over 25 years of crop advising experience. Working in southeast Wisconsin, Joe advises over 50 growers and coordinates seeds needs to their growing conditions. Joe also evaluates new and experimental products and managed 18 experimental plots in 2013. Most recently, Joe has been assessing drone technology that utilizes photographic assistance in support of crop monitoring.
Joe has been a great supporter of the Certified Crop Adviser Program and youth programs. Joe has been involved with the FFA Food for America Program; served as President for the Milton FFA Alumni; and as a 4-H advisor for several years
